1. General Eligibility for Returns 

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or malfunction, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Lankafix will inspect the product and replace it if a defect is confirmed. This process, including the technical report, typically takes 7 business days. 
  1. Non-returnable Products: The following items cannot be returned: 
  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, toner, batteries). 
  • Products that have been altered, damaged through misuse, improper handling, or poor storage conditions. 
  • Custom orders or special configurations. 
  • Final sale items or products purchased during promotions, except for defects covered under warranty. 
  1. Special Offers & Discounted Items: Items purchased during special offers, flash sales, or at discounted prices are final sale unless a proven defect is identified. Refunds will be issued only up to the promotional price paid, not the full retail price. 
  1. Incorrect Orders: Lankafix is not responsible for customer errors, such as purchasing the wrong model or product. Incorrect consumable orders (e.g., incorrect toner or ink cartridges) will not be eligible for returns unless unopened and unused. The customer bears return shipping for such cases. 

2. Consumables & Accessories 

  1. Opened Consumables: Consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, toner, batteries) are non-returnable if opened, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed. 
  • Defective consumables must be reported within 7 days of purchase, and the defect must be verified through a technical inspection. 
  1. Non-defective Consumables: Consumables and accessories cannot be returned if they are the wrong model or size unless unopened and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for such returns will be the customer’s responsibility. 

3. Conditions for Return 

  1. Original Packaging & Documentation: All returns must include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Products returned without these may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee. 
  1. Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original, unused condition. Lankafix reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is deemed damaged, used, or tampered with. 
  1. Opened Products: Opened products may only be returned if they are defective and within the warranty period. All defects must be verified through a technical inspection. 

4. Return Process 

  1. Initiating a Return: Customers must contact Lankafix customer support via [email protected] or phone to request a return authorization. Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos or video) as required. 
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Defective Products: If the product is found to be defective under warranty, Lankafix will cover return shipping costs. 
  • Non-defective Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of non-defective returns (e.g., incorrect product ordered). 
  • International Returns: International customers must bear return shipping, customs duties, and any associated taxes for returns. 
  1. Return Label: Upon approval, Lankafix will provide a return shipping label for defective products. Products returned without authorization or shipping label will not be processed. 
  1. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a technical inspection. Customers will be notified of the return decision within 7 working days. If the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

5. Refunds & Store Credit 

  1. Refund Processing: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference. 
  1. Restocking Fee: A 15-20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This includes opened but functioning products, incorrect orders, and special offer items. This fee helps cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the item. 
  1. Store Credit Option: In cases where a refund is not applicable (e.g., opened but non-defective items), store credit may be issued instead of a refund. This credit can be applied to future purchases at Lankafix.com. 
  1. Refund Exclusions: Shipping costs, handling fees, and taxes are non-refundable. Refunds for products purchased during special promotions will be for the promotional price only. 

6. Special Offers, Final Sale, and Custom Orders 

  1. Final Sale & Special Offers: Items purchased during special offers, flash sales, or as final sale are non-returnable unless proven defective. If a defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced, or store credit will be issued for the amount paid. Refunds will not exceed the price paid for the item during the promotion. 
  1. Custom & Special Orders: Custom-ordered products, specially configured items, or bulk purchases cannot be returned unless they are defective upon delivery. These items are non-refundable. 

7. Warranty Claims
