A genuine-looking box is not always a genuine product. A QR code may have been
copied. A hologram may be imitated. A genuine cartridge may also have entered Sri
Lanka through a parallel channel and therefore carry different regional packaging or
warranty conditions. At the same time, a clearly branded compatible, remanufactured
or refilled cartridge is not automatically a counterfeit.
