Terms and Conditions for Business Partners
- Introduction
Welcome to Smart Office Pvt Ltd (“Smart Office”). We are an online platform dedicated to connecting service providers in various technical industries with end consumers. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your partnership with Smart Office. - Registration and Approval
2.1 Application:All service providers interested in becoming a business partner must complete an application form. Submission of an application does not guarantee registration.
2.2 Evaluation: Smart Office reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on our evaluation criteria. Applicants will be notified of the decision regarding their application. - Lead Generation and Responsibilities
3.1 Lead Assignment: Upon successful registration, Smart Office will generate leads for business partners based on their geographical territory and capabilities.
3.2 Lead Response: Business partners are required to respond to leads within 24 hours. Failure to do so must be communicated to Smart Office promptly. - Post-Service Obligations
4.1 Transaction Notification: Business partners must inform Smart Office upon completion of any transaction, regardless of the outcome (sale or no sale, service rendered or not).
4.2 Liability: Business partners assume full responsibility for the quality of service and products provided to the customer, following the lead generated by Smart Office. - Customer Complaints and Conduct
5.1 Handling Complaints: Receiving more than three customer complaints may result in suspension and revocation of all privileges within the Smart Office platform.
5.2 Service Standards: Business partners must maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all transactions and interactions with customers.
5.3 Unacceptable Conduct: In cases of fraud, unprofessional service, theft, unethical conduct, or illegal activities, Smart Office retains the authority to terminate the partnership and seek reparation. - Customer Engagement
6.1 Customer Care: Business partners are expected to handle all customer interactions with utmost care and responsibility.
6.2 Service Commitment: Once a service is promised and the product is in the custody of the business partner, refusing or abandoning the service without providing a satisfactory solution to the customer is prohibited. - Amendments
Smart Office reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Business partners will be notified of any changes. - Acceptance
By registering as a business partner with Smart Office, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
